DRAIN FITTING ASSEMBLY
SYMPTOM
Drain fitting assembly leaks between the drain fitting and the tank fitting.
MALFUNCTION
Check for missing or loose washers and hex-head cap screws.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If hardware is missing or loose, notify Unit Maintenance.
Check the preformed packing between the drain cover plate and the tank fitting
for nicks, breaks, and compression.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If damaged, notify Unit Maintenance.
Check the drain cover plate for damage or cracks.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If damaged, notify Unit Maintenance.

Vent and pipe assembly leaks.

Check gasket between quick-disconnect coupling and flange adapter.
