MALFUNCTION 1. Leakage At   Discharge End of  Nozzle    During Refueling. Stop   refueling operation, disconnect nozzle    from   adapter. Inspect nozzle   discharge end  for  foreign matter. Yes Remove foreign matter and wipe   with   a  clean    rag. I - Reconnect Nozzle   to   Adapter. No Nozzle   Still   Leaks. Notify    Unit    Maintenance. 3-2
