D-1 FUELING NOZZLE REPAIR - continued.
CAUTION
Failure of any test is cause for rejection of nozzle assembly until fault is
corrected.
If strainer housing or coupling threads leak, tighten one thread. Do not
over tighten. Failure to comply can result in damage to parts.

Test. After repair and prior to release for aircraft refueling. test nozzle in an operating, pressurized refueling
system to ensure no leakage occurs.
