a.
Remove camshaft (1).
NOTE
Ensure valve tappets are marked for reinstallation. If they are to be reused they
should go back in same place.
b.
Remove intake and exhaust valve tappets (2) from crankcase. Ensure tappets are marked so they are installed in
original location.
