TM  10-4320-343-14 5.5.4.1  Removal. To   prevent   rolling   or   sliding,    do  not  work  on  equipment  that  is  not s e c u r e l y    s t a b i l i z e d . Ensure   both   wheels   are   secure. Failure   to   obey these   warnings   may   result   in   serious   personal   injury. a . Loosen   screw   (figure   5-4,    1)   of   clamp   (2)   on   airduct   hose   (3). b . Slide   clamp   (2)   over   airduct   hose   (3). c . Remove   six   nuts   (4)   and   washers   (5). d. Pull   intake   manifold   (6)   away   from   studs   (7)   and   withdraw   intake   manifold   (6) from   airduct   hose   (3). e . Remove   gaskets   (8)   and   discard. 5.5.4.2   Installation. a . Install   gaskets   (8)   on   studs   (7). b . Insert   intake   manifold   (6)   in   airduct   hose   (3). c . Position   intake   manifold   (6)   on   studs   (7)   and   install   washers   (5). d. Install   nuts   (4)   on   studs   (7). e . Slide   clamp   (2)   until   positioned   over   airduct   hose   (3)   and   intake manifold   (6),    then   tighten   screw   (1). 5-15
