Remove outer bearing cone (5).

Remove hub (6); then remove seal (7),
inner bearing cone (8), inner C U P ( 9 ),
and outer cup (10).
4.17.2.2 Repair.
Clean and inspect parts.
Replace damaged or missing parts.

Repack bearings.
Install inner cup (9) and inner cone (8) and seal (7) in hub (6).
Install hub (6).
Install outer cup (10) and outer bearing cone (5).
Install washer (4).
While rotating hub, install castle nut (3) until drag is felt.
Back off castle nut until cotter pin (2) can be installed.
Install cotter pin (2) and dust cap (1).
