Material/Parts General   Safety   Instructions Lockwashers   (TM   10-4320-343-24P) To   prevent   rolling   or   sliding,   do   not Washers   (TM   10-4320-343-24P) work  on  equipment  that  is  not  securely stabilized. Do  not  work  on  equipment  without following  standard  shop  safety Precautions. 4.10.6.1     Removal. a. b. c. d. e. f . To   prevent   rolling   or   sliding,   do   not   work   on   equipment   that   is not   securely   stabilized. Ensure   both   wheels   are   secure. Failure   to   obey   this   warning   may   result   in   serious   personal injury. Remove   bolt   (figure   4-10,   1),   washer   (2),   and   spacer   (3). Remove   bolt   (4),   washer   (5),   lockwashers   (6),   and   spacer   (7). Remove   two   bolts   (8),   lockwashers   (9),   and   washers   (10). Remove   nut   (11),   lockwasher   (12),   spacer   (13),   washer   (14),   and   bolt   (15). Remove  V-belt  guard  (16). Engine  pulley  guard  does  not  come  with  the  original manufacturer’s   V-belt   guard. Remove   and   retain   nuts   (17),   washers   (18),   bolts   (19),   and   engine   pulley   guard (20). 4.10.6.2      Installation. a. b. c . d. e. f . g. 4-26 Position  engine  pulley  guard  (20)  in  place  on  V-belt  guard  (16). Install   bolts   (19),   washers   (18),   and   nuts   (17)   that   secure   engine   pulley guard   (20). Position   V-belt   guard   (16)   in   place   on   engine. Install (11). Install Install Install bolt   (15)   using   washer   (14),   spacer   (13),   lockwasher   (12),   and   nut two   washers   (10),   lockwashers   (9),   and   bolts   (8). spacer  (7),   washers   (5),    lockwashers   (6),   and   bolt   (4). spacer   (3),   washer   (2),   and   bolt   (1).
