Refer to Figure 2-30 and proceed as follows: 2-84 WARNINGS · To prevent ignition of fuel from possible spark, move unit away from fuel whenever tests are performed with power ON. · Remove jewelry (rings, bracelets, etc.) to prevent possible burns from short circuits. NOTE Battery   heater   is   designed   to   operate only     when     engine     is     running     and battery heater thermostat is closed.  Thermostat cuts out (opens) at 130°F±5°  and  closes  at 115°F± 5°F.
