(6) Remove five nuts (25), five lockwashers (26), ten flat washers (27), five screws (28), and separate right roof
panel (29) from left roof panel (30).
(7) Remove grommet (31) from right roof panel (29).
c.
Cleaning/lnspection.
(1) Inspect roof panels for holes, deformation, or other obvious damage. Replace if defective.
(2) Inspect door tracks for deformation. Replace if defective.
(3) Inspect lifting frame seals for holes or deterioration. Replace if defective.
(4) Inspect insulation for tears, holes, or deterioration. Replace if defective.
d.
Assembly.
(1) Install grommet (31) in right roof panel (29).
(2) Position right roof panel (29) and left roof panel (30) together and secure using five screws (28), ten flat washers
(27), five lockwashers (26), and five nuts (25).
(3) Install channel (24) using six screws (23), 12 flat washers (22), six lockwashers (21), and six nuts (20).
(4) Install two lifting frame seals (19).
(5) Install two upper travel limiters (18) and door track (13) using four screws (17), eight flat washers (16), four
lockwashers (15), and four nuts (14).
(6) Install four striker plates (12) on door tracks (8 and 13) using four screws (11), four flat washers (10) and four
nuts (9).
(7) Install door track (8) using three screws (7), six flat washers (6), three lockwashers (5), and three nuts (4).
(8) Install six screws (3), three flat washers (2), and three self-locking nuts (1).
