Cleaning/Inspection.
(1)
If insulation or seals were removed, scrape residue off front panel and rear panel.
(2)
Inspect insulation and seals for holes, tears, and deterioration. Replace if defective.
(3)
Inspect all sheet metal for holes, deformation, or other obvious damage. Replace if defective.
d.
Assembly.
(1)
If removed, install insulation (53 through 56) in
rear panel (31).
(2) Install four screws (49), four lockwashers (50), four
flat washers (51), and four cage nuts (52).
(3) Install two brackets (43) using four screws (42), eight
flat washers (41), four lockwashers (40), and four nuts
(39).
(4)
If removed, install insulation (37 and 38).
(5)
Install 20 cage nuts (36) on front panel (30).
(6)
Install retainer (35) using five screws (34), 10
flat washers (33), and five self-locking nuts (32).
(7)
If removed, install blower inlet seals (25) and
protector (26).
(8)
If removed, install door seals (20).
