TM 10-4320-324-14 4-11.  Air Discharge Compartment Repair/Replacement (CONT). c. Cleaning/Inspection. WARNING *  Dry cleaning solvent (P-D-680) is TOXIC and flammable.  Wear protective goggles and gloves; use only in a well ventilated area; avoid contact with skin, eyes, clothes, and do not breathe vapors.  Keep away from heat or flame.  Never smoke when using solvent; the flash point for type I Dry cleaning solvent is 100°F (38°C) and for type II is 138°F (50°C).  Failure to comply with this warning may result in injury or death to personnel. *  If personnel become dizzy while using cleaning solvent, immediately get fresh air and medical help. If solvent contacts skin or clothes, flush with cold water.  If solvent contacts eyes, immediately flush eyes with water and get immediate medical attention. (1) Clean screen with wire brush and dry-cleaning solvent. (2) Inspect all sheet metal parts for cracks, holes, or other obvious damage.  Replace if defective. (3) Inspect insulation for tears, holes, deterioration, or other obvious damage.  Replace if defective. d. Assembly (1) If removed, install insulation (28 through 31). (2) Install end panel (26) on cooling air outlet duct (27) using six screws (22), six lockwashers (23), six flat washers (24), and six cage nuts (25). (3) Install cooling air outlet panel (21) using two screws (17), two lockwashers (18), two flat washers (19), and two cage nuts (20). 4-24
