4-15. Right Side Doors Repair/Replacement (CONT).

Assembly.
(1) Install door seal (41) to lip on right rear door
(35).
(2) Install hinges (40) on right rear door (35) using
four screws (39), eight flat washers (38), four
lockwashers (37), and four nuts (36).
(3) Install door stop bracket (30) on right rear door
(35) using two screws (34), four flat washers
(33), two lockwashers (32), and two nuts (31).
(4) Connect door stop link (29) to door stop bracket
(30) using screw (28), door stop (27), rubber
washer (26), spacer (25), flat washer (24), and
self-locking nut (23).
(5) Install hinges (13) on right front door (14) using
four screws (12), eight flat washers (11), four
lockwashers (10), and four nuts (9).
(6) Install door stop bracket (8) on right front door
(14) using two screws (22), four flat washers
(21), two lockwashers (20), and two nuts (19).
(7) Connect door stop link (7) to door stop bracket
(8) using screw (6), door stop (5), rubber washer
(4), spacer (3), flat washer (2), and self-locking
nut (1).
(8) Install paddle latches (18) to right front door (14)
using eight screws (17), eight lockwashers (16),
and eight nuts (15).
