REMOVAL: Refer to Figure 4-25.
a.
Remove three hex nuts (1) and separate inlet flange (2) from pump casing (3).
b.
Remove inlet flange (2) and check valve assembly (4)
INSPECTION/REPAIR'
a.
Carefully Inspect the gasket and check valve. If either is damaged, replace it. If not, thoroughly clean and wipe
dry with lint-free cloth.
b.
Inspect studs (5) If damaged, remove and replace
