Description.
(1)
Air Intake system.
AIR CLEANER (1). Heavy duty dual-element air cleaner combines centrifugal with element filtering before air
enters engine.
AIR RESTRICTION INDICATOR (2). As indicator cartridge becomes clogged with dirt, a red flag in indicator
window appears indicating a dirty filter element.
DUAL TURBOCHARGER (3). Uses engine exhaust gases to drive a compressor with a turbine wheel.
Ambient air is drawn in, compressed, and forced into the engine cylinder increasing combustion air pressure
and engine power.
